La Sirene - Soixante


La Sirène Soixante - Farmhouse ale - 6% This guy sat in the fridge for over a week before this bloody sickness lifted enough to actually taste it. Worth the wait though, this is a very fine beer. Part of La Sirène's new Avant Garde collection, the Soixante is a lovely farmhouse ale that very much suits the change in the weather. Funky and tart, nice and complex with earthy notes and some subtle citrus and spice poking up. Lovely. Also those labels are just killer.
