Kaiju - IIPA


Kaiju DIPA - Double IPA - 9.1% Firstly, Kaiju have got the art. Their style is amazing, and certainly unique amongst Melbourne brewers. This beer, however, could be packaged in anything and it would still be fantastic. Up front it's piney, resiny, but gives way to some really fantastic tropical notes. It's more of the same on the palate, rounded out by a nice dry malt and lingering bitterness. Honestly haven't been disappointed by these guys yet. Also gotta get a t-shirt, for obvious reasons.
