Kids, say NO to work and YES to drinking barrel aged beers instead. That's how the pros do it. Couple of examples of the many beers that were on offer at Carwyn Cellars for the Into the Barrel tap takeover. The beers themselves were all exceptional and ranged from bloody heavy (the Emelisse barley wine at 15% was made of the right stuff) to lighter, more refreshing styles (that Cantillon Kriek shone like a beautiful red beacon amidst imperial stouts galore). Also, the fact that local burger dudes Kustom Burger will deliver to you at Carwyn means we're really only a bed away from being able to live forever amongst the taps. This thing is still going, so do try and get along if you fancy barrel aged beers (as you bloody well should).
